IT professionals needs to create various forms of system and application related documentation. Poorly written documentation can affect image of the product and the brand. In this practical course professionals are given step-by-step help to create effective user guides and system documentation.

Assistant Professor Pathak, Anil

Assistant Professor Anil Pathak has been training teachers, trainers, and educators to develop their own websites since 1999. In recent years, his trainees have come from various local schools (including Raffles Institution, Dunman High, Ai Tong Primary, and Bukit Panjang Secondary), Polytechnics, ITEs, Universities as well as from Singapore Air Force and SMRT. He has also conducts his courses on-site and in a customized from to suit to the needs of individual schools.

Dr Anil has also conducted several courses in the areas of IT, web content development, and professional documentation, and is the author of several prestigious instructional books such as "Eight Steps to Flexible Learning" and "Communication Fundamentals".
